Once the order has been confirmed and delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
If you find that you have ordered an incorrect item or are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to request an exchange within a 30-day window from the date of delivery, provided it meets the following stipulations: - All tags and original packaging must remain intact.
- The merchandise must be in unworn and undamaged condition.
- The original receipt must be securely attached.
Given the sensitive nature of certain products in our inventory, stringent hygiene standards must be upheld. Therefore, it is important to note that specific items are ineligible for exchange. These include but are not limited to, panties, babydolls, bodysuits, any lingerie sets, or items comprising panties, silicone bras, and all products categorized as Accessories. We kindly request you make your selections with these guidelines in mind.
In the case of an exchange, you are responsible for sending the product back to us, and we will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive the returned parcel. If there is no replacement product available, we will issue a coupon for the equivalent credit amount, after deducting courier charges. This coupon can be used within three months for shopping at sheonji.com
