How can I confirm that sheonji.com has successfully received my order?

Order Confirmation and Processing Steps at sheonji.com:

  1. Acknowledgment Email: Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an acknowledgment email from sheonji.com (sheonjimart@gmail.com) confirming the receipt of your order.
  2. Phone Confirmation (Local Customers): Local customers within Pakistan will receive a phone call from our department on the next working day to confirm your order.
  3. Payment Approval: For credit card payments, orders will be shipped only after the payment has been approved.
  4. Shipping Authorization: In the case of COD orders or others, an order will be shipped once the billing and delivery addresses are verified.
  5. Order Status Check: To monitor your order's progress, you can also check its status through the "My Account" section on the website.
I haven't received a sales order summary. What could this indicate?

The lack of a sales order summary indicates that you may not have received the automated email from sheonji.com acknowledging your placed order. Typically, this order summary should arrive within 15 minutes after you've placed the order. It's advised to check your email's junk or spam folder to ensure it hasn't been filtered there.

An item is absent from my order. What steps should I take?

If you find that any item(s) are missing, kindly reach out to us immediately via email at sheonjimart@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +92 325 7140000 during our working hours.

What are the applicable delivery charges?

Delivery for orders over Rs. 2000 is FREE. However, for orders under that amount, delivery charges of Rs. 200 apply for destinations anywhere in Pakistan.

What is the estimated delivery timeframe?

Deliveries normally take 4-5 working days for metro cities and 6-8 working days for more remote areas. If you have concerns or your package is taking longer, please do not hesitate to contact us.

May we opt for Cash on Delivery as a payment method? Is Bank Transfer an acceptable option? Additionally, is Credit Card payment available?

Currently, payment can exclusively be facilitated through Cash on Delivery (COD). We are actively developing additional payment methods, which will be made available in the near future.

Any form of price adjustment to orders is not applicable.
